When I arrived at the hotel, it was about 10 PM, the staff said they had no room and called Expedia to find an alternative hotel. I told the staff, I would accept any room types or changing rooms during my stay. After 45 miniuits, the staff told me they couldn't connect an operator of Expedia and my reservation was cancelled because I arrived there after 10 PM. Then, even though they had said no room, they proposed me to stay in a queen-bed room instead of a king-bed room I reserved. I had no choice and stayed one night.
Next day, I found small water leak at the sink. I told that the same staff, she changed rooms to a king-bed room (they had!).
In the new room, coffee was there but no coffee maker, and no remote controller of TV. I asked another staff about coffee maker, but never set.
