Je recommande mais pas le SPA
My stay could have got much better if it was not about the spa, I went twice the 1st with 2 treatments were good experience but in the 3rd treatment the massage was not so good and money was stolen from me. I had been to reception to change euros and went directly to the spa, paid my treatment and when I left 200 dirham = 20 euros were missing . I complained about it to the spa because they’re independent from the resort. I didn’t get any return. Also my son didn’t like his massage at all.

Un très bel hôtel, un personnel aux petits soins
Un très grand hôtel avec plusieurs espaces pour se reposer ou se prélasser. Les chambres sont très grandes et très confortables. Les buffets des 3 restaurants très bien garnis. L’hôtel est extrêmement propre. Le personnel est discret, très respectueux et efficace. La formule All inclusive permet de profiter de boissons, repas, snack tout au long de la journée. Des navettes gratuites permettent d’aller et de revenir plusieurs fois par jour à la place Jema El Fna. la piscine est incroyable, très grande. Mon coup de cœur va au salon lounge avec différents canapés et surtout un chanteur tous les soirs qui revisite avec talent tous les grands classiques. Cela permet de se reposer en fin de journée en prenant un verre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great staff in this hotel
Hotel was excellent and especially the service provided by the staff was top tier. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Food and drinks were okay, just A small improvement as we were all inclusive that breakfast starting at 7:30 AM is A bit late as we were travelling with a baby that wakes up early. Room should have A kettle for coffee and to help make baby food.

Friendly staff and convenient and relaxing resort
Welcoming staff and mostly clean resort. Indoor pool and toilets could be a little more clean. Overall, enjoyed a nice and relaxing 6 day stay with my family of 4.

Xmas break
This resort was absolutely incredible! From the smooth check-in service to the comfortable rooms and grand lobbies with its decor and glamour. The food was good as expected with plenty of variety. There were a range of bars/restaurants to choose from which was also fantastic however we couldn't experience the Moroccan restaurant as they were based on reservation and there weren't enough for the nights we were there. They have a shuttle service too to take you to medina and back which was very helpful and saved us a decent amount of ££. The only few thing I'd like to highlight as negative is that the outdoor pool is not heated and we went in December so it was impossible to use the facility. Their wifi was also pretty bad in the rooms and bang on average in the lobby. Their toilets seemed outdated and the toiletries quality was pretty bad so worth improving upon. Lastly, they need more golf carts and drivers because we waited 1/2 hour to be taken to our room which was far away and also not easy for elderly to get back to reception as the golf carts wouldn't pick us up again.

Bien mais j'attendais mieux
Bel hôtel et service correct, mais en général je m'attendais a mieux de la part d'un riu. Déception sur les saveurs au niveau de la restauration, salle de restaurant trop bruyante, et on entend les autres clients et le personnel de ménage qui passent devant la chambre. Un plus pour la navette gratuite pour aller en ville.

Amazing stay
It was an amazing stay due to all the restaurants staff and cleaning staffs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Sabah from the restaurant staff was really kind and hospitable. The managers aren’t truthful they say go back and we will sort your issue. The laundry team spoilt one of my matching garments by washing not dry cleaning as stipulated. The WiFi doesn’t work consistently. The room allocated was all in the shade and dark to go to The staff however are amazing. The food and atmosphere is good. The gardens and pool area immaculate Had stomach issues along with another man I got talking to the whole time of being there but don’t know why. Other than that the Spa amazing and to be honest if the manager on charge hadn’t lied to me I would have graded it more

This was a lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The only drawback was the pool temperature- we went at the end of October and despite it being 25 - 30 degrees outside, the pool was ice cold at all times of day and never warmed up, to the extent that small children found it way too cold to swim. Perhaps because it was such a big pool it just couldn’t heat up naturally, but if you’re going to be open during cooler months, it really needs to be heated. The indoor pool also wasn’t heated at all and very cold to use. Otherwise a lovely place to go.
