Wouldn't recommend
The stay was horrible. Started at front desk, young man was rude. Once in the room, noticed the bathroom was not completely cleaned. The toilet had blood stains on it. We went to front desk to inform young man, who said sorry, and looked at me like I was lying. Finally try to use toilet, slow drain, and gets backed up. Shower head doesn't sprinke water out only drips, with remaining water coming out of faucet. Shower curtain only closes on middle, not completely. There was noise for hours early hours of morning from 3-5am. Entire experience was ridiculous. Also we're in room 201! Once more thing the smoke detector had a shower cap over it.

Not to bad for a night or 2
Overall not a bad place to stay for a night or 2 staff was friendly Breakfast was great. My complaints: no heat in the room or no way to regulate it, it snowed and it was slippery out there no one salted the sidewalks and almost fell. My kids enjoyed the pool but the water was a little cloudy and it smelled. My kids thinks otherwise and took a swim.

The size of the room was good. The ceiling above couch looked like a water leak occured & brown spots were showing (start of mold?). The freezer part of refrigerator was dirty. The breakfast on Sunday morning was still getting setup way after 7am.

The flu
I don't think we will ever stay at Comfort Suites again. We were never told that if we wanted our room cleaned, we would need to request it. This should have been communicated at check in. Also, my boyfriend had the flu while we were there and we asked if we could pay for a very late check out and we were told we had a pay for an additional night stay. Our flight was delayed and we didn't want to wait at the airport since he was sick. This is not a very accommodating hotel.

straight gross!!
my stay at the comfort inn was very not comfortable, boogers on the walls, lingerie in the couch, stains on the bedsheets, i can go on. and the staff didn’t even do their job i asked for more towels waited an hour for them, then had to go to the front desk and beg for some. still waiting for my refund

Staff was polite and accommodating. Room was very spacious and clean. Pool looks nice but didn’t go in because weather was too cold and pool isn’t heated. Breakfast was included and they offered many options for everyone to enjoy.

Ou room had no heat. Only ice cold air blew out of the heater plus our window woukd not close. They gave us a handicap room where the shower nozzle just hung down and spewed water all over the bathroom

I try very hard to give places grace and understanding, but having bed bugs in your room is unacceptable. After discovering the bed bugs and the bites in my son’s arms, we were moved to another room. After walking into the room, the foul stench of rotten fruit assaulted our nostrils. The floor was also moist and the water to the toilet was shut off. When we were moved to another room, we found the furniture had been duck taped to keep the drawers closed. We did thoroughly inspect the beds to make sure there were no bed bugs in that room. Had it not been so late, we would have switched hotels. Finally after all the switches, we finally made it to bed around 1 in the morning. In the morning I was told I would need to call Expedia to get a refund. When Expedia tried to call, I was met with our phone is running out of battery, and I can’t take their call. I do realize this is not a front desk issue, but a management issue. Sam at the front desk did her best to help us out in this situation. Now waiting for the reversal of our security deposit, but hopes are not high, since I was “erased” from the system. Thank you Expedia for helping with this hotel. Run… do walk from this hotel!

We could hear water dripping and saw drops coming through the ceiling over the tub. We reported it, they switched us to another room where the beds were made and the bathroom seemed to be clean but there was a dirty napkin and remnants of food on the floor, and the nightstand was dirty. I notified the agent at the desk in the morning and it seemed that the leak had not been reported. Won't stay again.
