I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my stay at Hyatt North. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an unpleasant smell, followed by a 20-minute wait at check-in, where I was ignored by staff. When finally acknowledged, I was rudely told rooms weren’t available until 3:00 PM and directed to sit on torn, dirty furniture or leave the hotel until then.
When I checked in, the first room had a large vomit-like stain. After requesting a change, the new room had bedding with yellow stains on the reverse side. Both my partner and I unexpectedly started our menstrual cycles, and my partner also became sick. When I asked for extra toilet paper, the manager was rude, questioning where the previous rolls went and insinuating I was lying. We were told to buy our own.
The next few days were equally unpleasant: I found a roach in the bathroom, our room leaked water during heavy rain, and I was denied additional tea bags despite a six-night stay. No one at checkout asked about our experience, which was the final disappointment in a disastrous stay.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The unprofessional staff and poor conditions make this hotel one I will never return to. I have pictures and proof, and I am going to write a review online to be able to be more specific and give more details and pictures to prove what I am saying is true.
