Ansprüchebals Gast? Nicht gewünscht!
Checkin schnell. Zimmer geräumig. Bad sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Restaurant und besonders Brauhaus gut. ABER: Habe Übernachtungspunkte eingelöst. Weder Personal noch Inhaber kennen sich damit aus. Obwohl das Hotel dies anbietet. Zuerst musste der Inhaber bei Hotel.com anrufen. Dann wurde mir während des Frühstücks sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass ich ja irgendwo in USA gebucht habe und diese Firma mir das Geld abbuchen wird, ohne Rücksicht auf die Punkte „Das kann ich Ihnen sagen, das wird Ihnen abgebucht!“. War zum 2. und letzten Mal im sog. Comforthotel. Übringens, die 4 Sterne sind die eigene Kategorie. Ein Aufzug ist noch kein Komfort.

Sehr schöner Hotel/Gasthof mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Bei der Ankunft entsteht der Eindruck eines Gasthofes, was sich auch sehr authentisch in dem Restaurant Bereich wiederspiegelt, aber im positiven Sinne. Der Hotelbereich ist absolut neuwertig und schick.
