Left stranded.
This place gave me no advance warning that they intended to cancel my booking until I was on site at 8:30 PM the day of. I was stranded out side in the freezing cold and had to find a last minute booking that resulted in paying exorbitant rates somewhere else. Hotels.com was a nightmare to work with but did decide to comp the stay, however I have only been refunded about 2/3 of the total cost.
