We needed a chill place and this was it. One improvement would be to make breakfast warmer please. But taste of this and food at the restaurant were perfect. As was the room and facilities.

Quiet quaint inn—much nicer than staying at a motel. Excellent service! Delicious breakfast! Nice view overlooking a small lake! Classy restaurant next door! Has a chapel on the grounds and a venue for events!

There are many others options at Memphis!
Prepaid reservation for three nights, in Jan 7 and Oct 10 but I stayed two nights mainly due to item 1 and aggravated by items 2 to 4: -item 1: insecurity due to snowstorm due to access: about 4 miles of paved secondary road with no shoulder and many trees and the final 3/4 mile without paving and shoulder. -item 2: very bad breakfast, on day 1 (7:30 am) with 1 overripe banana and orange. Unhealthy animal protein with bacon and acceptable scrambled eggs and on day 2, NO EGGS, ONLY 1 ORANGE AND BACON is really worrying with snowstorm. -item 3: very poor customer service, Mrs. Emmy did not even bother to reply to the email dated January 9th when I informed her at 10:16 AM that I was leaving (address emmyh125@gmail.com which is in the room folder) showing very poor customer service. 4-although the bathroom is clean, there is no safety handrail, so showering is unsafe and there are many examples of people who have been injured by falling when leaving the bathroom due to the lack of this device.

Everything went very smoothly - I had a question the day we were checking in and received a prompt response. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. One minor issue - we weren't able to watch live tv. If you don't have a Roku at home, it's a little complicated to figure out how to operate the tv; then, although I have a Hulu acct, when I logged in, Hulu recognized I wasn't at home and would not allow me to watch live tv (Macy's Day Parade).

I stayed a week at Bonne Terre. Beautiful location. The home is very clean. There were not many guests the week I stayed. The sweet lady that oversees the Inn, I hate I can't remember her name, was beyond helpful and friendly. She cooked breakfast every morning as well. It's def a great little escape. The yard is so beautiful at night with the lights, too. My niece and I enjoyed the pool as well. Great spot! Would love to be able to visit again.

The room was very large and decorated nicely; on first glance I was completely satisfied and thought the price was excellent for such a nice place. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit difficult due to the placement of the doors interfering with each other, and the tub didn't drain well. But those things were minor, and I'd happily stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!
The Inn is fabulous. The room was very nicely decorated and with high quality. A very good bed, thick towels etc. The location is beautiful and the living room that can be used by the guests is very well decorated as wel. We loved our stay. A big contrast was the breakfast room next door. A cold, sterile room with no atmosphere and a very “pre cooked/pre-packed” breakfast with all products in plastic and plastic plates and cutlery.

Amazon Inn about 23 miles from Memphis and well worth the drive. Absolutely beautiful grounds and room. The crown mouldings were awesome. Never saw staff, great concept for check in/out. We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a wonderful way to spend our last night in “the South”.
