The history attached to this property is very cool! The front of the property from where you will enter houses a beautiful check-in area, a massive general store where you can shop for literally anything you need from souvenirs, groceries, household decorations, frozen food items, ice cream etc. etc., and the in house restaurant. This is where they serve the daily buffet breakfast which was really nice. Coming to the rooms, they have several small apartment style blocks - all of them 2 floors without elevators. The rooms are of decent size and even though the property is old, they serve their purpose. They have a nice little lake at the back side which was a nice add on. Our room was in the Lakeside Lodge (name of one of the apartment blocks) right in front of the lake I was mentioning.
Hotel staff were nice. They greet you on arrival and answer all your questions. The breakfast was hearty but make sure to go there early because it fills up quickly and then you need to wait in long queues. Bryce Canyon NP entrance is just 5 mins from the hotel.
Pro Tip:- Book early, because this hotel gets sold out quite often!
