First off the front desk person was not welcoming. Also I didn't appreciate her taking a copy of my license and she told me there would be a hold on my credit card so she needed that also. Front desk person the next morning told me there was no hold on my credit card.
At first sight the hotel looks fine, recently refreshed with paint and went from Super 8 to Quality. The hallways on the first level reminded me of prison and FREEZING cold.White walls dark doors and the numbers on the right hallway are wonky. The room 135 was also freezing, very clean, recently refreshed. The heater seemed older but worked well but the bathroom remained cold. The mattress was fabulous, wish I knew the name. After getting situated after traveling all day, ready for sleep there was a beep. Loud disturbing beep. We tried to ignore it but after an hour my husband went to the front desk and we changed rooms. Packed up walked past front desk down left hallway, room 105. Heater looked newer but hardly worked. Room was cold like hallways, bed was comfortable.
