Great base for us for a few nights away. Right on the river and the weather was glorious so we sat at the big windows and enjoyed the view. Right next to everything you need. Would recommend

Good for summer

Good size but the heating wasn’t working properly and the windows are so drafty that we were freezing. The manager came by and tried to help and was very friendly. The apartment could use a makeover as the carpet and walls have a lot of marks.

Property is well located within walking distance of old city When getting to apartments do not follow google maps as it takes you up steep stairs Keyboard entrance instructions to property could have been clearer with one step missing ie press key symbol to key in code Room itself was good, however bed was uncomfortable, and sofa bed was poor. The pillows are in need of replacing and the instructions of where the linen for the sofa bed was located could have been clearer.

Perfect little place to sleep and put your feet up whilst in York, The city is literally at your doorstep.

Fine place to stay for a visit to York.

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. Access by car was difficult due to roadworks. Diversion arrows took us round York and back to where we started. SatNav was no use as the alternative route involved a temporary change of direction on a one way street. Appreciate that this is not the apartment management's fault but directions to the new way in would have been handy. Location was great. York is fairly compact and easy to walk around to all of the sites of interest. Good quality food places and pubs especially Fossgate. We used Morrisons car park booked via Your Parking Space. Short walk to the apartment and not too difficult to negotiate the roadworks. Seemed as safe as any car park and good value.

Great location.

Overall very good stay. Comfortable, well presented. Superb location, 5 minute walk to city centre. Some dirty stains on carpets prevent 5 star for cleanliness.

Fantastic apartment

What a beautiful apartment. It was absolutely spotlessly clean and comfortable and a perfect base for a few days/nights exploring York. It had everything we needed and it was nice to have a little kitchen/dining area, although we ate out so only used it for making tea but it made it feel more homely & spacious than a hotel room The location is ideal as it’s only a short walk up to the Shambles and onto the main shopping area. There’s plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book again if we were to go back to York (which we absolutely will be doing)

Beautiful Apartment

-Had a really great stay here. Location was great, easy to get to from the train station and close enough to the centre, all walking distance. -Apartment was well furnished and decorated, clean, and comfortable. Tea coffee and sugar all provided, as well as a bottle of Prosecco! -We were a bit baffled by the oven but thankfully there was a really detailed help book with info like how to use appliances, how to get around and also recommendations on what to see and do Overall we had an incredibly pleasant stay in this apartment, would highly recommend and would definitely look to book again for any future trips to York!

Simply gorgeous

Fantastic stay. Clean and well maintained. Good quality towels supplied and bedding. Very comfortable bed. Close enough to the town, 250yds to the Shambles. Quiet through the night. Tea and coffee supplied but we could have done with more milk. (Will take our own next time as I love a milky coffee). Could have done with a portable mirror that I could move from bathroom to dining table as I had to put make up on Sat on the floor in front of the long mirror cos hubby was in the shower but it’s not a deal breaker. Will definitely be retuning next year to the same apartment as we felt very at home there. Location is just perfect and it’s in a gorgeous position. Loved our stay.
