My wife and I stayed in one of their cabins for one night. It took a bit to get used to how different the layout was from a regular hotel room. It was very small, and at first felt thrown together - the hot water heater against the wall was one of the first things we saw. But the cabin was very clean and comfortable.
There was a small living room with an TV, an older reclining love seat and a table and chairs, a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was a little cramped, but, again, very clean. The shower was good sized and worked well. A mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker were all clean and worked well.
Each cabin had a couple chairs out front. Since the grounds, and cabins were well kept and the weather was mild, sitting outside in the evening and morning gave it a very pleasant up-north cabin feel. There were picnic tables and a grill in the common area.
The pool, which we did not get the chance to use, was clean and well maintained.
The check in and check out process were very quick and easy.
The only issue we had was knowing where to have breakfast (we suggest the Lake St. Emporium a couple blocks away).
Check in is a bit later than usual (4pm) and check out was a bit earlier (10am), but that wasn’t a problem on this trip.
We would definitely stay again.
