Super clean and cozy hotel with various kinds of Zen experience. The meals probided here are shojin ryori, which is a traditional Japanese Buddhist meal with almost all plant-based ingredients (except honey, and they do present a couple choices of seafood delicacy so better ask if you are straight plant-eater). As a vegan it is always a trouble to find a nice breakfast in Japan as the idea of veganism is still relatively less known. So having a bowl of delicious warm congee with 10 kinds of marinated and pickled delicacy to choose from every morning is SUCH a blessing! And an authentic shojin dinner is also available by reservation in advnce and with extra charge, which is definitely worth having! Just too amazing!
The staff are all super warm and kind.
As there are many kinds of special experience offeres here, everything has written explanations in three languages and also a guide to acompany the guest, whom could speak Japanese, English, and Mandarin, according to the guests' need.
For yogis, the single room is spacious enough to spread a yoga mat and do sun salutaion, which I'd say is not common in Japan. A great place for spiritual cleansing in the busy city of Osaka.
