Our flight was delayed, tried to call number on our itinerary as directed no one answered. They close at 10 we landed in Vienna at 930pm tried to call , no answer, texted property guide back to inform them of delay no response from all tries..
We had to book another hotel for 2 nights. Wasted our money and did not give us response.
I will tell all friends/ family to avoid.
Very poor customer service. So disrespectful. Really put a bad start to our very planned and awaited vacation.
Stay elsewhere where people actually want to help you have a good vacation
