The hotel itself is average in terms of overall facilities given its price. However, we were given a room next to the lift which is very annoying whenever it stops on our floor. Furthermore, there are dogs bark in the midnight and chicken cock-a-doodle-doo in early morning. We couldn't sleep well for 6 nights. I need to go to Pattaya for 1 day, hence, I need to check out the hotel and check in again for another 9 days. I requested the hotel to keep my luggage for 1 day but I was asked to pay B$20 per luggage. The amount is not a matter but it comes to a surprise to me. I requested to hotel to give me a quiet room when I come back for 9 days but the reception seems not willing to help. I will given another review after my second stay.

Wonderful stay at Klean Residence Hotel. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was small but clean and comfortable with all the essential facilities. Fantastic location a short walk from the BTS, hawker stalls and amenities. I would recommend staying here.

New hotel. Great location from BTS Station Wongwian Yai. restaurants within walking distance.

Very close to BTS and in the morning you can buy food right outside of the hotel. The check in was fast. The staff spoke English. Would stay here again

Clean, friendly reception staff, but a small room. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was overall a positive experience, I cannot fault the hotel itself. The only negative for me was being woken up by cockerels and dogs barking in the morning, the dogs, in particular, being frustratingly consistent. Some soundproofing may be in order to counter the surrounding noise pollution. Overall a positive stay.
