The staff is exceptionally good, more so accounting for: the poor condition of the hotel, the hardly any services it offers aside from a bed and breakfast (mediocre, like all other properties of this type).
I chose Marriott - and paid more for it - due to its normally good standards across brands. This was a mistake. It was just as mediocre as all the "motel/hotels" in the segment. Because they are understaffed, te didn't clean our room the firts day despite asking us if we wanted it and our stating definitely that we did. Maybe because we reserved tough Expedia, we were given a bad room on the 1st. floor, dingy, smelly and very noisy. When we complained, they gave us a new room.
They need a makeover, seriously! Rooms were styled in te 90's and never changed. Bathrooms were a bit better, but still in need of repair and paint. For what we paid we should have gone someplace else.
