The air conditioning in the main part of the room didn’t work the first night. The manager finally came at 930pm after my kids were in bed to apologize that he couldn’t fix it and offer a different room. We didn’t take it because we were too tired at that point. The main room tv didn’t work and both remotes were hit and miss. We weren’t told before arrival that the pool was closed and there would be no breakfast offered. The website also said that we would have adjoining rooms; we had no door for privacy between the main area and the king bed. No housekeeping was offered so we had to leave dirty diapers outside in the hallway, hoping someone would come take the trash out. They didn’t. Upon checkout I had a tax fee applied to my account that I wasn’t originally aware of. The manager said he’d fixed the breaker issue with the air conditioning when we were checking out but never mentioned while we were staying that it had been fixed so we just didn’t use it.

Although the hotel was mostly empty,, the staff in the front desk was courteous and very accommodating. We changed rooms to be near our girls and it just took a call. This is our second stay at the facility and will continue to stay there when in Omaha.

Overall it was a good stay. The walls are pretty thin and we could hear everything going on in the rooms around us. Breakfast was average. Sausage and scrambled eggs the first day. Bacon and cheese omelets the 2nd day. Plus the other breakfast foods that most places have.

We had to be in town for a funeral and the location was perfect. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Clean and comfortable

Went for the spa-closed most of our stay. Nice newer clean property but front desk did not help with points for stay; when I called the customer service they had to call the front desk, who did not answer until their third try- 6 cars in the entire parking lot at the time counting employees:( Could be a great hotel but our experience was more like motel6...

Jad a great one night stay. Bed was comfy, room was clean and breakfast was good. Great value for the price for a 5 people family.

We stayed 4 consecutive nights and got a very competitive rate. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but some would not agree. Very good breakfast choices.

Kids loved it and we thought it was great for the price. Very clean and comfortable
