I spent one week stay in relax and comfortable.
I asked two optional tours(city/underground).Tour was nice but hotel pick-up time needs more accurate.(for underground I waited for almost one hour).
One thing I wanted to complain is an airport transfer.
I nioticed a hotel announce paper says airport transfer is free,but they charged PHP350.They say hotel policy changed. If so, hotel anagement
should change an announcement paper.
I didn’t know the neighborhood is dirty and swampy

They didn't have any of the amenities that were listed. No coffee and tea pot in the rooms swimming pool was closed. On site coffee shop was closed. And no breakfast at a bed and breakfast Didn't clean up the room or replace the towels.

Covid 19 lockdown.
We enjoyed our stay at the Ala Amid very much even though we were in lockdown due to Covid. The staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. We consider this B @ B staff and owners family. We made some suggestions of changes to the owners and they implemented them. Something as simple as a hook in our room for our room key and face masks as we kept forgetting our face masks. The locals in our area where very welcoming as well. We will miss you all. Plan to come back in a few years to see you all. Thanks again.

Nice place for the money
Great place for the price, large room, clean, confortable bed, nice pool, staff is great. The hotel is a little far, but we had a motorbike so we were able to go around easely

Terrible hotel ever! We won't recommend it to others Specially family and friends!! Ac is dirty a lot of dust! Heater is grounded!! And don't book their family room coz it's looks like you paid per person not the room itself!! We are 10 pax then asking for a payment for additional two person! The room showed have 3 queens size bed 2 double bed and 3 single bed, which is true so we don't understand why we need to pay extra P700 per night per person if we have a lot of bed actually the capacity of the is 15pax and we are only 10pax! My knowledge in the hotel is if you exceed the capacity and ask for extra bed YES you should be paid extra! RIGHT?? Then we have a lot of issues in the room "LEAK ON THE CEILING" luckily we are on our room when the water from the ceiling fall down we saw it early but our shoes got wet already then we remove all of our things then we ran to the front desk then told them, yeah we RUN coz there's no telephone in the room! At that moment the owner is their saw the water and check the bathroom too we told her everything about our problems we have but then she didn't do NOTHING AT ALL!!! Yeah we understand they have policies but what about their policy if the guests experience those problems?!! We didn't hear any sorry from them! One more thing if you book thrue 3rd party and you have a problem on your reservation front desk won't help you at all and if you ask for the contact number of those 3rd party reservation they will tell you they don't have!

Staff were all friendly and courteous. The shuttle ride provided were punctual, and safe driver.
Unfortunately the bathrooms in 207A was in poor condition, and should be repaired before allowing it to be used by other guests. The sink faucet was loose. There was flooding or leak from flushing the toilet. Both bathroom shower curtains were in poor condition, no hot water consistently flowing, & very tight space to shower. The issue was brought to the attention of the front office. But was not resolved.
