The waitress at the restaurant is wonderful: calm, professional and polite. The food was ok. Pool is a kid's pool. Staff is friednly and available. Echo and Econo facility. Guest should check room location. Barking dogs. A very noisy Outdoors elevator. Street noise?. In my room the AC remote was permanently secured to the wall (near the AC unit and away from the bed, as well as other areas in the room) with no screen light to adjust the setting. Alas, I had a relaxing stay and the staff is making a special effort to have guests feel welcomed.

Eduardo went above and beyond to help us when it looked like we might not make it to our excursion, absolutely saving the day. Beautiful hotel with high standard of cleanliness and service. Free breakfast was a big plus.. bIG comfy bed.They held my bags before and after check in/out free of charge. Great location, removed from downtown chaos but still very close to bus station. Only issue was that Expedia Ad mentioned a got tub/spa which was a big part of my reason for choosing this hotel. In reality, the hot tub was as only for use of massage clients( even though it was connected to the guest pool). Oh also a neighing dog (not in the hotel) barked obnoxiously from 6am on, bot their fault, but a huge drawback as I got little sleep.
