I was very disappointed to find that the hotel's Wi-Fi network is now completely open — no password, no login required. This poses a serious security risk, and my company's IT department has advised me not to connect my work devices to such an unsecured network.
I have stayed at this hotel over 200 times in the past and have always needed to log in to access the internet, which offered a basic level of security. Unfortunately, this recent change means I will now need to look for a new business hotel in the area that offers a more secure and reliable internet access.
