Hotel Cristal set up their hotel info wrong online and as a result were over booking. Arrived at hotel and had no room, no record of us in their system, and they accused us of being at fault, until after they wasted an hour of our time admitted they'd been having more people than have rooms claim to have reservations lately. Were left with needing to find another room in the city over the holiday
