All was so bad
I had reservation for the hotel as Deluxe room for 2 people which costs Euro 400.
But there was something stuck in the drain in the shower and the water keepd backing up.Then I told about the condition for Hotel stuff to do smoothly. But the stuff said me All hotel in Swiss is usual for such condition and also said me please use like that shower water keeping pool at bathtub.
I didn’t believe such stuff’s reply, then I requested to change the room, but the stuff accepted that while pulling a long face.
But that new room was single and also there is not bathtub and no toilet paper,tissue and also there are a lot of dust on the water in hot water pot which might be very old water.
I had stayed a lot of Hotel in Swiss but it was first time to made such bad experience. I felt all was so bad for the hotel.
Hotel.com website stuff called and told about that for the Hotel.But all was same response which is usual condition for Swiss hotel which is not bad.
If other Swiss Hotel is same condition as the stuff said me, I want to trust other Hotel is deference.
