Hôtel très bien situé mais je n avais jamais vu de chambre aussi petite sans emplacement pour ranger les vêtements aucune armoire. Lit collé à la fenêtre ce qui procure un froid en pleine nuit. Le personnel est sympa.

Overall, the hotel location was GREAT, but the hotel itself probably isn’t ideal for 'Business Travellers', as there was no desk in my room, and the room was quite small to more around in.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the room is uncomfortably small—there is barely enough space for two people with two suitcases. In addition, the window cannot be opened, and showering creates a strong sauna-like effect in the room, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable. While the location is excellent, the room itself is not very comfortable. It may be suitable for a single guest traveling with a carry-on suitcase.

Chambre très propre, un peu une odeur d'humidité mais vraiment léger comme la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Hôtel bien placé au coeur de Londres, emplacement au top si on veut faire une grande partie à pied !

Everything was clean and spotless and the staff were great. My only problem was the fact that the toilet and shower door are made from an opaque glass so that when someone was sitting on the toilet you can see them and what they are doing of which I found quite uncomfortable as I expect a bit of privacy when using the toilet and showering.

The condition of the room was disappointing. There were small hairs on the bed and the table area was not cleaned properly and the stool was dirty and had cigarette burn hole in it. I booked a queen room for 1 night and it was tiny and did not justify the £150 a night price for that room.

Fantastic location, lot of thoughts go into the design of the room, plenty of usable spaces, all amenities are well maintained and work well. The room is small but it feels spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Soho, close to everything. Shopping, dining, and sightseeing are all within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is quite basic. The room was small, and we felt that we were given a smaller room than what we originally booked, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. I’d recommend double-checking the room type at check-in. Wifi worked well. The shower head looked modern but had very low water pressure, which made showering take longer than expected. The bed was just okay. The TV was very slow and had limited channels. The smart-tv functions was not working or maybe just outdated. Youtube kept hanging. I suggest you bring your own entertainment system. Breakfast was also quite basic, and the seating area could be better organized to make more efficient use of the space. The large rectangular table was unnecessary as it doesn’t allow many guests seating. This isn’t a complaint, but we were disappointed that we weren’t allowed to use the microwave to heat our own food—especially since most restaurants were closed on Christmas Day. Instead, we were opted to buy overpriced cafeteria food that didn’t look or taste very appealing. Overall, we had an okay stay, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again. There are many other accommodation options in the area that we’d like to try next time. Room #604
