The 2 female reception staff were very helpful and polite, but that’s where all the positives end. The toilet seat had pubic hair on it and the toilet seat hinges had congealed urine stains. The shower temperature control knob was so stiff that I had to use a towel to give me greater grip to adjust the water temperature. The “free inclusive” breakfast was probably “free” for a reason. The croissants were quite dry and definitely not fresh. Someone had tried to soften the butter parcels but in so doing, leaked half of the melted butter. The scrambled egg tasted awful and the egg was still raw and very undercooked. The fruits in the very small fruit bowl did not look fresh. The male reception staff in the morning claimed not to know how to operate the coffee machine when asked for an Americano and claimed that they didn’t have Baileys until I pointed out to him on the bar shelf. He wa a complete contrast to the very nice and helpful female staff on duty the previous afternoon. I’m quite baffled how the hotel attained a “Good” rating?Would I go back? No prizes for guessing my answer!

La habitación no estaba muy limpia que digamos. Está un poco lejos del centro de Londres y siempre hay que coger transporte público como el metro que está cerca eso sí pero demasiados desplazamientos. El trato del personal muy bueno, súper amables y el desayuno no estaba mal del todo pero poca variedad para ser buffet.

Værelset var beskidt, da vi kom. De kom ikke og gjorde rent, skiftede håndklæder eller tog skrald i 4 dage, selvom vi ikke havde sat skilt ud på døren. Vi kunne høre alt hvad naboen, så der var alt for lydt. Morgenmaden var dårlig, ting der skulle være kolde, var varme og omvendt. Der blev ikke fyldt op af de få ting der blev serveret selvom der var 1 time til det sluttede. Så ikke nogen super god oplevelse.

Outside our room was a constant noise, sounded like some kind of fan that kept going off and then again all night. We had about 2 hours sleep on and off. It kept us awake that much that at 5am we decided to leave and go home.

Not the worst stay I've had

The staff were nice but the food wasn't great, for breakfast we had chopped up hotdogs in a tomato sauce and scrambled egg that wasn't quite cooked properly, the room had an ant infestation but the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a quick one night somewhere to stay close ish to wembley. But there is room for improvement for sure

Excellent.

Very nice place. It's near the tube (5 mins walk). The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but stayed the same every day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Ariana for my next trip.

The Ariana is so close to Willesden Junction, its an easy walk. The service was swift and welcoming. Food was really good and the room clean / spacious. A great stay.

Delightful Independent Hotel

The Green Ariana is a beautiful hotel, individual and welcoming. Recently renovated, it is a beautiful environment, with some absolutely stunning features including the light fittings and art. Our room was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was compact but perfectly formed. Everything was pristine. The location is extremely convenient for the underground & overground stations. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise - not the usual spread at all. There was a mixture of cold & hot options, reflecting the culture of the hotel as well as some familiar favourites. My partner particularly enjoyed the Moroccan tea. The only negative thing we would say is that our room was a very long way up! It was absolutely lovely to stay somewhere that wasn't exactly the same as every other hotel.

A fine choice for an economic stay

A nice, clean and friendly budget hotel within easy reach to transport links into London. The room was more than an adequate standard. I had a small double which was fine for me. It was clean. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and there was never problems with a good hot shower. The bed was comfortable and there was basic coffee and tea amenities The breakfast was reasonable and was a buffet so you could get a good amount. The hotel restaurant had an interesting and varied menu which I will try next time I stay A couple of small details I mentioned to the owner which can improve the place. This is a good place for the price
