Only problem is the parking TBH. Otherwise it was okay, except the missing remote for the bedroom.

It’s a nice hotel but hard to park - the car park is now a construction zone making access difficult and undercover parking is limited with lift for only small cars - my suv was too big. They still charged me even though I had to park in their driveway which was a joke as the area more a footpath and not even owned by them. Restaurant not open during the week either. Rooms smaller than most but still comfortable. Staff were great but limited offerings

We stayed for only one night. When we arrived and checked in, there were a few issues with the parking. Later that night, when we returned to the hotel, we experienced another parking issue. After speaking with the reception staff, everything was resolved. Although our stay was short, everything else was great. Thank you!

This place is really lovely! I love all the wall art and beautiful wallpaper. The only downside was having to walk theough the cold pool to get to the hot spa.

Car parking available means Valet park only for $35 per night. Soap dispenser empty in bathroom. Building going on right next door - trucks moving at 5.30am, can’t open anything because of noise and dust - should be some information regarding this when you book. Otherwise the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Perfect one night location. The staff were lovely & helpful letting me check in early so that I could attend my function on time. The room was super clean. Everything was new & fresh which is really nice for the Gold Coast. There is a cafe & restaurant onsite which is great. Good coffee. Would definitely stay here again.
