This property was in a great location - right in the heart of the Palazzo Vecchio....If you're looking for quiet, this isn't your place.. Also, please be aware that you have to walk up a flight and a half to get to the reception so if you need assistance with stairs, this isn't the place for you... Staff were very friendly and the hotel was perfect for me and my family.

Great and convenient hotel, excellent location in the heart of the old historic center walkable to all attractions, dinning options and shopping, it couldn’t be any better location. The rooms are big while basic but you have everything you need. Bathroom is huge and renovated so very enjoyable. Overall an excellent accommodation and great value for money. The staff are super helpful and accommodating , they were so kind and offered an upgrade. The view from the room overlooking the piazza is wonderful!! Definitely recommend this place!

Otroligt läge

Vi checkade in sent på fredagkvällen och fick tydliga instruktioner för incheckning efter receptionen stängt (-20:00). Betalning vid incheckning funkade smidigt. Helt otroligt läge, på en av de mer välbesökta piazzorna och alldeles intill Uffizi och Ponte Vecchio som var två av våra mest tydliga ”bucket-list” platser att besöka. Stort rum, bra badrum (dock lite trögt vattenflöde emellanåt) . Vi kunde gå till tågstationen (som också var närmaste spårvagnsstation från flygplatsen) Skulle varmt rekommendera för alla som åker till Florens.

Stayed in Florence for two nights in this very much location friendly room, right by the Piazza Della Signorini. Located in the heart of Florence you can walk to many of the famous sights and choose from the many restaurants they had within a 2km radius. Lots of shopping and tourism in this spot as well if that’s what you’re looking for. Beautiful piazzas in this area with lots to pohotogtaph. The Duomo is certainly a sight to behold. Even at night it was all lit up filled the head full of wonder and amazement. The hotel was nice with a single door access between two a gelato shop and a caffe. Access to the lobby required a couple flights of stairs , then an elevator to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable with nice lighting and a nice big window you could open up and let some fresh air in. Bathroom was and spacious too with towel warmer, bidet, and a nice big walk in shower. I loved the lighted mirror too. A nice touch. Very clean everywhere. Check in and out was good. Easy as well. Would stay again due to its location to high tourism area and beautiful piazza

This hotel met all of our expectations. We checked in early and the young man at reception was hospitable and professional. I had a wonderful stay at this property, it is in one of the more popular squares in the city and less than a 15min walk to the major museums. The staff was very friendly and the room was large, clean, and well appointed. And that bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I slept in my entire trip to Italy. If there are any negatives, I would say that if you are trying to nap in the afternoon, (since the location was so perfect for a first timer I was avoiding the heat by exploring in the morning and napping in the afternoon) it is by the city enter and you can hear the crowd from the outside which doesn't stop until pretty late at night, so light sleepers beware. Also, I like to hang my clothes and there were no hangers, but I didn't ask for them either, so they may have had some.. But these are no deal breakers to me, a wonderful hotel.

The staff and the area of the property are phenomenal! The view from the room was amazing right to the palazzo vechio . The building is old which was expected and really nice kept . The rooms on the other hand are not too great. Our room had a pretty noticeable slope , the mattress by the end of the nicht was slipped to one side they haven’t payed too much attention to detail cleaning. The rooms from the street side are quite loud . Ac is not too great. It wasn’t bad but I expected a little more for the price payed for one night . The area is 10 out of 10 . Everything is walking distance from it.
