On arrival to check in, I was told that I had an unconfirmed booking, even though I had completed the online check in process, the receptionist said I had to call a number and they could help me, calling the number I was passed between three departments, ending with me being cutoff, calling back I claimed the above to the call handler who resolved the situation in 2 seconds. The checkin process had taken nearly 20 mins up to that point.
