Boa , quarto grande, uma pequena caminhada do centro, mas o que deixou a desejar foi o aquecedor… na última noite não funcionou…, eu acho isso um desrespeito com o hóspede, principalmente num local de muiiiito frio.

A estadia é um apartamento onde o banheiro é fora do quarto mas isso não é um problema pois vc não sai no tempo somente no corredor. Cama confortável, quarto amplo, banheiro com ducha boa e água quente. Achei que o aquecedor do quarto fraco pelo tamanho do quarto. Mas as cobertas conseguem dar conta do frio, não sei se no inverno mais intenso o quarto fique aquecido.

Had to check in at the main hotel location and then staff walked us about 2 blocks to the Villa location. Room was larger than expected and pretty clean.

The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. We were given a small Superior room and the walls are paper thin though and the cistern was visible from outside of the ensuite which was weird and very loud when flush.

Excelente opción de hospedaje.
La habitación muy bonita y amplia. La limpieza es excelente ya que todos los días tienes el servicio. El lugar está súper cerca de todos los lugares turísticos y a 13 minutos de la termina de trenes. Es una excelente opción para quedarse. El único inconveniente es que nos tocó un baño privado pero fuera de la habitación y eso es incómodo sin embargo el baño estaba muy limpio y de buen tamaño .

I booked 2 rooms; one for husband and me, and one for sister and BiL. At first I was very disappointed that we were given the much smaller of the rooms. The I felt bad that the larger, seemingly more beautiful of the two rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. Awful. Carlo, who met us with keys was completely impersonal. He gave no information about breakfast (it’s supposed to be a BnB. He saw us struggling to operate the AC yet offered no help. We won’t stay here again.

We had a truly mixed experience with this place. Checking in they did not have the correct information about our payment, they thought we already paid (with multiples reservations over a one week trip we didn't keep track as well as we should) so we payed the tax, had to come back to pay for the room, to later get an email that we didn't pay the right amount so after 3 separate payments the bill was finally settled. Then we learn that the second B in b&b must stand for bath or beyond because breakfast was not included but we did have a discount for staying at the gustehouse. So 10 € / p for 3 mornings we didn't accoint for in our planning. Come last morning they wanted to charge us for all mornings so we had to correct it since we paid each morning. Multiple staff members told us or asked if we were checking out a day earlier than we were. So alot of stress and extra money. Aside from this, the location gave good access to the city with walking distance to many major attractions, the room and bed was comfortable and aside from the fact the the "private bathroom" was in the corridor with a separate key it was fresh and beautiful. The staff was genarally helpful and nice although contact was only at check in, check out and breakfast.

The hotel staff was excellent! We greatly appreciated the ability to have an early check-in so that we would be in time for our tour and we also appreciated the young man who walked us (in the rain) to our separate apartment about a block away. We had the room with the separate washroom. It was a bit inconvenient to have to unlock and lock the doors to and from the washroom but this was offset by the cheaper price for the room. Both the bedroom and the washroom were beautiful & clean. There is convenient parking right in front of the building for 30 euro. Unfortunately, we accidentally drove past it and ended up in another lot for 40 euro. The buffet breakfast is huge and delicious. Hotel is a short 15 minute walk to centre of Florence.

A note of caution. If staying at Villa Royal B&B, breakfast is not free and you pay €20 per person, to use the pool, every day. Book Hotel Royal. The staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Newly resonated room with great AC and fridge. Room is good and quiet until a loud family checked in the night before we checked out. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Only two complains: no check in instruction. This is the new “branch” of Royal Hotel close by, so when we arrived there was no staff or signs of this Villa Royal b&b or who to contact. We called the number on the reservation (thank god we have a local SIM) and someone from the hotel came to check us in. Service is only available when the cleaning staff is on site around 12pm. Also shower is awkward and water pressure is low. Wifi is not great either - slow and weak.

We stayed on this B&B for two nights. The location is very convenient. All historic sites are within reach. The bathroom and shower were sparkling clean and fully renovated. Bed was comfortable and very clean too. The rooms are spacious facing the park in Independence Square in Florence. For breakfast you have to walk to the Hotel Royal and pay 15 Euro per person. The dining room in the main building of Hotel Villa Royal is charming. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Então , tudo perfeito … limpíssimo ! Decoração impecável e Bonita . Porém não tinha ninguém para nos entregar as chaves e tão pouco informar que tinha que ter ido buscar as chaves no Hotel Villa Royal …. Eu pensei que tinha piscina e café da manhã na estadia ! Porém nada é se não fôssemos atrás desse outro hotel não saberíamos nunca onde ficarmos hospedados

Great stay
We stayed only for one night before flying out of florence. The bed was the largest of any we slept in while traveling in Italy. Good central location. Would stay again while in Florence.

Endroit très propre et correspond bien aux photos. Chambre faite chaque jour. Le service de l'arrivée à été impeccable. Bien que l'on doive se rendre à l'hôtel royal pour le check-in (se situe à trois minutes de marche), un membre du personnel de l'hôtel nous a compagne jusqu'à notre hébergement et explique le fonctionnement des clés et fonctionnalités sur place. Toutefois, lors du check out, on a tenté de nous facturé plus cher que le montant indiqué pour les bouteilles d'eau payantes mises au réfrigérateur à notre disposition. À cet hébergement, vous avez accès à pas mal tout ce que l'hôtel offre moyennant certains coûts supplémentaires. Air climatisé fonctionne bien.
