The folks at Check-in weren’t overly friendly. That’s only a small thing for me, but more so they did not ask for my HH number, nor did they confirm whether it was in their system. Also was given an accessible room that was inconvenient to shower in. They did not tell me it was an accessible room, I had to find that myself. I asked at the front desk to change rooms to a standard one, they told me they were sold out though. After telling me that I went on Expedia to see if they were telling the truth, which they were not. Rooms were still available on the Expedia site.
Instead of pointing that out to the desk, I just stayed in the accessible room and decided that it was the last time I will stay at that property.
