The training of the Japanese female staff at the hotel is completely meaningless, and their attitude and comments toward the guests are superior, and they are shifting the responsibility to the guests in spite of the hotel's responsibility.
You are degrading the dignity and integrity of the hotel, and I want you to fire the staff now working at your hotel.
We had a very unpleasant day, wasting all of our vacation.
I spoke to the manager immediately and the problem was resolved, but my family was in a bad mood for about 3 days.
We did not have an enjoyable vacation.
