Had pre-payed through Expedia and was charged again at check in, receptionist couldn’t explain to why she charged me. Had to wait for next employee shift to be able to get a refund which I had to beg, manager explained they couldn’t get Expedia’s card number to charge (never heard of this used Expedia plenty of times without issue), finally was able to get a refund. Place was clean, but had that charge issue. Ask, Ask, Ask what the charges are for.
