It was not that clean there were people working on the cars at 2 o’clock in the morning in the parking lot and there was roaches. I left at 2:30 in the morning.

I guess they have certain rooms destined for hotels.com, they "lower" the price and you will find a real disaster. They don't even bother to turn on the A/C, when we arrived the room was an oven, minutes later it was unbearable to be there, we realized that the A/C did not cool. The bathroom extractor was a hole in the wall, everything looked ugly, old and unpainted. I had to go down looking for someone because the phone doesn't work. He changed us to another room, it looked different like newly remodeled but without a refrigerator or microwave, the man brought those that were in the other room. The room was for 4 with towels, shampoo and soap for 2, the towels old and worn (almost transparent). He said he couldn't give me more than that, that it was regulation of KRISHA RB INC for the price we were paying ($82.50). I've never encountered anything like this. When we had to sleep we found hairs on the sheets, something like they didn't change them after someone else used them. It was really unpleasant and disgusting, we had to stay because it was late and we were too tired to continue driving. I want my money back, they shouldn't offer this that can't even be called a hotel. The license for this place has expired, it's supposed to be illegal for them to operate without a license and even worse for them to advertise anywhere. RUN!!!

This hotel is a complete dump. The toilet was broken, the bathroom light didn’t work, they only put one towel and one washcloth in there and then when you ask for more they tell you they don’t have more.

Storm Avoidance Trip - Defuniak Springs FL

An adequate property for an overnight stay. It is somewhat isolated, sharing an area with a neighboring RV dealer at the end of a shared road off a highway. A very secure area as described by the gentleman who checked us in. Room was clean, bed comfortable and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately, during our one night stay, the Wi-Fi was down. No breakfast is offered. Although the property is described as being at Defuniak Springs FL, the town proper is several miles to the east. Parking is ample and basically "by the door."

Reserved a room with king bed, gentleman asked if I was ok woth a two bed, I said yes as long as it was queen. Walked in and found two full size beds. There were stains on the bed covers, bsthroom fan cover on the ground, pillows smelled like colognes.

Very very bad shouldn't be standing,

Honestly please dont book this place i have stayed in about 39 hotels over the last 8 weeks and this was rated on review 7.8 i Honestly dont know who would rate this 1. It was full of bed bugs the ac vent was hanging of the smoke alarm was of the fan in toilet was of the toilet was not fitted to floor and the smell was so bad, cockroaches, sping in bed in my back, what looked to be women handprint on wall with blood above the toilet, if i hadn't of been driving for 6 hours and wasn't in middle of know where i would of walked away, i spent 5 hours sleeping or should i say not sleeping in this place, i took loads of pictures and allready send to hotel.com Honestly plz dont stay we couldn't even lock the door it was hotel from hell dont belive the 6.8 star its terrible. Ps this is not letting me upload the pictures im trying so hard
