I was travelling on my own from the UK and this was a stop gap to getting to NY city, i didnt have roaming on my phone so my phone wouldnt work without wifi, so whilst i was in the airport, i messaged The hotel asking how i arrange the shuttle as i was arrving late at night so didnt want to have to wait around. The email i got back was a generic 'welcome to the hotel and hope you are enjoying your stay so far' i hadnt even arrived at this point. They didnt answer my question either. So i was left trying to figure out how i got the hotel, luckily after waiting in the cold for half an hour, a shuttle turned up. I explained my disappointment when i arrived, but they didnt even acknowledge it. Room was veryixed, nice flooring, but decorated old fashioned and bed wasnt really comfy. Breakfast was ok.
