6 days stay for Sping Holiday.
I stayed for 6 nights for sping holiday.
Excellent entertainment staff. Very proffessional, very friendly, and very helpful 5 star entertainment staff. Room Cleaning staffs were also very friendly. Room was ocean view, and is in okay condition (Ants were running around but tolarable). Food was good for all inclusive hotel. Lots of options and kids loved it. If they can offer better quality coffee, it would be even better.
However, reception was awful. They don't care at all about keeping guest waiting, very rude manner, and they don't seems to care about it. They look very tired, not welcoming, and never smile. I forgot to pick up a photo at the reception when checking out (reception was supposed to give the photo at the check out), and I asked them to send it to my home in France, which should take few minutes of their time and 1 Euro for a stamp, but they refused and said they don't make this service. I think it was partially their fault, and is not much additional work to help their customer, but they don't seems to care. I wouldn't complain if this was a 3 star hotel, but I feel very dissapointed to receive this poor service from a 4 star hotel.
I don't mind going back some day to this hotel for the excellent entertainment staff, however, reception staff and managers needs some adjustment.
