The rooms were not exactly clean in every aspect. The refrigerator had water stain marks, the door had a splash mark on it that hadn't been wiped off, and surfaces in general were wiped but full of residue. I tried to overlook it, but when we looked at the socks we had on while we were in the room, they were almost black. I'm going to say that I don't think that they clean the carpets in the rooms.
The cherry on top was the rather poor customer service from the hotel staff. Indifferent greeting upon arrival, asked for additional sheets for the sofa bed, only got brought one. Asked for another one and the employee said there were two in the items she handed me and briskly walked away. Sure enough, there was only one, so I had to call again to bring me what I needed.
Later that night, we asked for extra towels and a blanket. First employee says he'll bring it up. After twenty minutes, we call down to ask when they will bring the items because we want to take showed, and they say that there is only one person there so I'll have to go get it. You could have called me back to let me know instead of making me wait for no reason, but fine. I walk down there and I kid you not, there are two employees at the front desk and when the second employee saw me he tried to hide behind a door. The other employee then literally asks him to get the towels and blanket. Unbelievable the extent that they go through here to avoid doing their actual jobs.
Really quite bad overall.
