The grounds around the hotel were unkept and the lobby was dark when we went to check in. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The room was stinky and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. It was noisy outside and inside all night. The pool and hot tub were so hazy you couldn't see the bottom. Over all, the hotel is in bad need of a face lift. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom one night. We will not be staying here on our future trips to Lincoln.

Ok hotel with a few issues
Hotel was nice enough and clean. Front desk attendant didn’t speak English well, and it took 20 m8n for him and another person (neither speaking to us) to check us in. Meanwhile, we had no idea what the issue was. I had my paid receipt and confirmation on my phone, but they didn’t want to look at it. Both ignored us, and spoke to eachother only. It was very awkward. However, we eventually were handed a room key and things were ok. Hotel is clean and nice enough, not great. There are homless people living out of there car in the parking lot directly in front of the entrance, which made us question staying here as well. Maybe not the best. I would not have stayed if our kids were with us.

Ew. Not again.
Roach haven. Thought it was ok def needs a good deep cleaning. Walked in the room and it reeked of disgust. Mildew for sure. The heater made a high pitched noise through the night in not even sure how we got used to it. Saw roaches throughout our stay small ones. I shook everything out i was so grossed out. Before even seeing the roaches we had gotten in the hot tub because the pool which was questionable it looked so white yet dirty at the same time. The hot tub looked about the same but my kids really wanted to get in. Breakfast was waffles and a bunch of other breads yogurt coffee hard boiled eggs cereal. Nothing hot except oatmeal. Def get even less than what you pay for. Shouldve just spent the extra for a good stay

Electrical outlets in bathroom and table lamps so worn out that they did not touch the prongs on the power plugs. Mold growing on shower head. Takes 30 minutes for hot water in shower. Breakfast was terrible. Yogurt was very expired, waffles were like rubber when cooked. Toast was only item that was good. My daughter had issues with her electrical receptacles in her room also. They are really neglecting maintenance - didn't used to be this way. My family has stayed in this hotel for many, many years and this is the worst we have seen it. Some bath towels were stained - looked like car grease residue.

Dirty. Stained beds and sheets with pee stains and who knows what else. Had to switch rooms it was ao bas and the 2nd room wasnt much better. Pay the extra 50 bucks and go somehwere else.

It was like my room wasn’t cleaned at all; the sheets we dirty and had holes. All the surfaces in the room - the mirrors, desk and microwave was covered in smudges. Paint chipping on the walls and the chair looked stained and old. Save your money and find another hotel somewhere down town

Mold in the bathroom, couch was broken, food crumbs on couch,table and tv stand. The carpet in the suite felt sticky. Checked in at 1 am on the 5th had my booking for 3 days, spoke with manager who was going to credit me for 2 nights as I was not staying there. 2 weeks later quality inn customer service is give me the run around because I booked through hotels.com “you booked through a third party, it will be difficult to get a refund” customer service words!!!

The toilet wouldn’t stop running unless you kept taking the lid off and putting the flap down. When you look it was wired up with duct tape. One of the mattress looked like blood stains on it, which I didn’t want to sleep on. I will never go back and hope no one will spend the money like I did on a hotel that looked this terrible.

Decent—not great
It was decent but stains on both of the comforters (I do NOT want to know what they were—blood maybe poop?) the lamp shades, and on the walls. The air conditioner did not blow cold air so luckily it wasn’t too warm and an overall musty smell. I did ask for an early check in and they did oblige by allowing us in an hour early, so that was nice.
