The staff at the hotel was second to none and catered to our every need. A hotel in a very good location. Small scale means that the guest is paid attention. As it is England it is not perfection but that is compensated by the staff really making an effort and correcting the small detours.

The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel.
