The bedroom is spacious, well insulated and has plenty room to leisure and unpack. Similarly, there is a sizeable box room which is perfect for luggage and other personal items.
The apartment also comes with a dining table and fully equipped kitchen, complete with stove, oven, microwave and all other expected utensils.
Prior to check-in, guests can also expect the flat to be pristine, as it will receive a professional clean and be replenished with fresh bed linen, bath towels and toiletries.
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
I won’t be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who can be contacted by phone or email.
Known for being home to Edinburgh’s main university campus at George Square, Newington has a busy student culture and is littered with restaurants, cafes and bars. From Newington it is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre with the leafy residential area of the Grange to Newington’s West and Liberton and Gilmerton to the South. The building of South Bridge in 1788 connected once rural Newington to the city and still stands as a bustling connecting road today. The architecture is made up of Victorian tenement flats commonly seen throughout the rest of Edinburgh.
Most places are within walking distance of the property.
