I think this is my first ever negative review and this is specially dedicated to the lousy service and absolutely disastrous experience I had at the stay. There was no working staff in the property when I checked in late at night. I was also stuck outside my room door for almost 1 hour due to their technical issues where the barcode couldn't be scanned by the door censor when I want to open the door. NO GROUND STAFF PRESENT TO ASSIST. Imagine the anguish I WAS GOING THRU AND EVEN HAD TO PEE AT THAT MOMENT! When I called the hotline, the staff sounds irritated and wasnt very helpful. Kept calling and even rejected my call. FEELING HELPLESS, Have to used MY OVERSEAS line of mine to call in AND IT THEN WENT THROUGH. Raised my voice a little, and only then he tell me to wait. Waited almost 30 mins for a lady to appear. After checking, she went to her stores and retrieve the key to manually open the door. Worst stay ever.
