Not bad but needs some adjustments.

Bed was ungodly hard and staff wasn’t overly friendly. I told her I was a Hilton honors and she just said ‘mmhmm’. Never asked for my number or offered the traditional complimentary waters. Maintenance at the property and trash need attention.

We just stayed one night, on our way to NY from Orlando. The front desk clerk was great. She worked really hard to get us a handicap room. When I booked it, I got the wrong one.

This hotel is nice but, I recommend getting rid of comforters that have any kind of stain on it! And don't feel that the room floors were throughly cleaned because I saw a dead bug and someone's mask on the floors! Those things took it down for me a smidge! Overall, nice stay convienent to shopping and food!!

Not enough beds. Bad hotel.

Contrary to what hotels.com says, you cannot get a sofa bed or rollaway bed in a room with 2 queen beds. So we did not have enough room for our family. Highway location was loud an had no charm or ambiance at all. Hotel was a bit shabby. No breakfast options other than overpriced hotel restaurant.

Disappointing for Doubletree

This hotel was run down. Carpet in the elevator was dirty and taped with duct tape. We got in around 9 pm and had to ring to get in. No one was at the front desk. I gave my credit card at check-in and a charge of $25 was put on it for incidentals. At other hotels the credit card info was held but not charged unless there were incidentals. And, probably the most disappointing was that it was very loud. We could hear people talking till about 11:30 pm. It was as if they were right next to us, not in another room. Overall, this hotel was very disappointing and does not reflect the Doubletree reputation. We have stayed at the Hampton Inn across the highway and it is by far superior to this Doubletree.

Bad Service - Great accommodations

Stay was good but staff were blah! When I went into the hotel they told me there were no rooms but I was able to book online via Hotels.com. It seemed like they weren’t being honest.
