Previous occupants room service bottle of Champagne and glasses were outside our room on arrival, along with several other rooms on the corridor. They were all still there when we checked out.
Only one bar open in the evening resulting in very long queues at the bar when we returned from show, overall pretty miserable experience 👎

Comfortable, clean with added bonus of pool, sauna and fitness suite. Breakfast was great, tons of options. Fantastically convenient for the conference centre and easy transport into town and to the airport.

Hotel was convenient for the music venue. Staff were friendly, pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was fine, but very busy and queues were long, presentation could have been better. I did not consider the underground carpark to be safe, when accessing my own car.

Most comfortable bed. Nice modern rooms. We were in room 233. Safe didn’t work and wardrobe lights are on constantly as the doors don’t shut properly. Hopefully they read this and fix these issues. The spa is lovely. Best part of the hotel! Food was a let down for us. The fries and dessert was lovely but the burger for £19 was a frozen beef burger. I was expecting a freshly made beef patty. Huge let down. I don’t think much of breakfast either. Not the best quality. Coffee was bad. I would stay again for the spa but wouldn’t do dinner or breakfast at the hotel. There was a young lad in the restaurant serving the food he was so polite and professional.

We stayed our final night in Scotland at an airport hotel due to an early leave the morning after.
We arrived with the intention of having a quick dinner and then go to bed.
With plenty of time to spare before the restaurant was closing we entered the dining room. There where about 3-4 tables sat including us with roughly a 1:1 waiter/guest ratio. The young girl serving us seemed to think EVERYTHING was an extreme hassle. She gave off the expression that we had come just to make her non-busy night a living nightmare. We shared a starter between us just to give the Haggis a try and had Fish & Chips for mains. We also had the cheese platter and asked them to just give us that at the same time as the mains as that might make the kitchen able to start breaking down earlier seeming how there basically weren’t any guests. When the fish was served, the peas that came with it where served cold. We asked out of curiosity if this was the norm as we’ve never encountered this before and got a tired reply asking if we wanted them warm. Upon saying yes, we got treated with rolling eyes and very audible sighs. She came back 2 minutes later with the peas and sat them down. After that we didn’t see her once. Noone came to ask how things where and we sat with empty glasses through half the dinner. At the very end the barman came to our aid. He spotted what 3 wait staff failed to do. Together at our table we had 50 years of restaurant and hospitality experience from around the world. Shocked.
