I like this hotel, it's clean and good location. but after they lost my package I feel very terrible about it. I have informed the staff in the front desk that I will have a packakge arrive to their hotel please keep it for me and I will go back to take it when I was checking out. Then say no problem and they could text me when the package arrived. They did text me, but when I go back to hotel to take my package, the staff told me they already returned the package because they don't know this package belong to who. ( but I get the message from their staff, they did know that is my package! ) And due to their returning, now my package is lost. They just tell me that they are sorry for that, but I can't feel about that. I hope they could keep on finding my package and mail me what are they going to resolve this problem.
