Gave this hotel a Fail
I arrived Christmas Eve with a special circumstance because my credit cards had been stolen during a breakin to my car several hours before. I explained to front desk staff and presented cash to cover the incidental and damage deposit usually covered by cards. The last straw was when the food manager, after he spoke with front desk staff, called me and sent an employee to my room to collect cash from me after my Xmas morning breakfast. My cash deposit would have covered many breakfasts and the implication that I would somehow not pay for my meal was beyond insulting.
