Some of the staff were very friendly. I noticed that the facility is short on staff & overwork the staff they do have. The waitress needs additional training, some work fast but, lack customer service others come across as they’re just going thru the motions. Also, the front desk needs to communicate the additional fees upfront, provide receipts even if you booked with a 3rd party. This resort lack entertainment which, is essential and the facility doesn’t have elevator. For this to be an all-inclusive, the resort lack restaurants option & doesn’t provide for after hours/late night meals/snacks. Also, there is only 2 bars of which, 1 is open to 11pm.
