Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Please try the venison in the restaurant on the 5th floor. The tuna carpaccio and the ox cheek equally tasty. Sauna very good. So walkable and within minutes reach of main shopping and tourist sights.

The rooms were very nice—modern, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was difficult to find by car, with confusing directions and no clear signage. Although parking was mentioned in the offer, there was none available upon arrival. We had to drive around the city to find public parking and ended up paying extra, which was frustrating and disappointing. Great stay once inside, but getting there was a hassle we weren’t expecting.

Amazing hotel centrally located in the heart of Stockholm, easy walking to many amenities restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is beautiful and all very up to date with in room amenities. Staff are personable and helpful. Only downside is parking. Parking is difficult to find had to call front desk to find parking garage. When found had to walk through huge mall with all my luggage to get to the front of the hotel. Would still recommend to anyone travelling to Stockholm

If you’re a woman travelling on her own, I can’t guarantee this place enough. Safe area that’s quiet, near lots of places to eat/bars, walkable distance to a lot of attractions/things to do and not far from the central station. Staff were extremely friendly, made some amazing food recommendations and offered up a room with a bath when I mentioned I really needed one after travelling. The room itself was modern, clean and tidy. I felt safe the entire time and had no issues. The only thing I would flag is that the pillows are very very soft to the point of where they’re non existent and so i found it hard to go to sleep, but this is personal preference.

Hotel is amazing but there were no windows in the room so no fresh air which when you pay so much money doesn’t make sense Meant we slept poorly and room got stuffy with aircon being loud and and rubbish quality Also connected to a loud him in the background which also impacted so out of our 3 stays at the hotel, this was the worst one Had a meal at the restaurant on the last night and this was incredible!

Not very practical, a bit too overhyped/design focussed. Our room also was next to an office building and not only did it mean we had little light in the room we also had to keep the curtains closed as people could see in. There was also a big buffet lunch event on the Sunday with huge crowds. We actually would have been interested in this but were never given any information on it. I think overall next time we will stay in a different hotel.

Cool design of the hotel, great breakfast. However you can’t open the windows in rooms without balcony and the rooms were very dusty, the cleaning crew does a pretty subpar job. Additionally the front desk manager should really check her attitude, she did not get that job due to her friendly nature. We had an issue with our room and a colleague of her's offered us to switch rooms for free since they weren’t fully booked and we had booked for 9 nights and only had 3 left. The next morning the front desk manger only said that she can see the comment in the booking but that this wasn’t discussed with her beforehand and we could only upgrade the price at the cost of the room for that night. It isn’t just about that we couldn’t switch rooms, she could have made up any reason why we can’t switch rooms, but trying to upsell us with such a rude attitude is just unprofessional, especially in an alleged 5 star setting.
