Fantastiskt fin och trevlig Riad 😍
Genuint fin och välskött riad där all personal var så himla trevliga och hjälpsamma. De hade även ett eget Hammam där vi tog en två - tre timmar lång behandling som var helt fantastisk, och dessutom väldigt prisvärd! En av de bästa riaderna jag bott på i Marrakesh - med bra läge, endast en kort promenad från alla sevärdheter och shopping.

Incredible stay
We had the most incredible stay at Riad Charme d'Orient. Nothing was too much trouble for Laurence, Soufian, Said and team. We felt so safe and looked after the whole trip. Said organised a wonderful day trip for us to Ourika Valley. We also had a wonderful hammam experience at the Riad. We have give a special shout out to Soufian who is the kindest, most hard working and hospitable man we have both ever met. We were so sad to leave. Thank you for a very much needed break!

Little Gem in Marrac
Our stay at Riad Charme d’orient was nothing but AMAZING! Riad is located centrally, short distance to Medina, and local attraction. We were able to walk to all the following places: Bahia Palace, Spice Market, El Badi Palace, Saadian Tombs, Madrasa Ben Yousse, Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa-el Fnna, Souk Semmarine and even Majorelle Garden was walkable. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service. Sofian and Said in particular, were outstanding!! His client-oriented approach made us feel truly cared for during our stay. He was always available to assist with any request, offering great recommendations for day trip, location places, food/restaurant options and making sure every aspect of our visit was smooth. His warmth and dedication really added a personal touch to our experience. Special thanks the owner Laurence & Alain, was always so quick on answer any questions we had prior to our trip and during our stay. Un sens de l’hospitalité exceptionnel ! Un service haut de gamme tout en ayant l’impression d’être reçu chez des amis: on s'y sent bien. L’immersion dans ce riad est totale : la décoration sublime met en valeur les savoir-faire artisanaux locaux avec élégance. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur la terrasse, est copieux, local et absolument délicieux. Je recommande vivement le soin d'1h45 combinant hammam, gommage et massage, proposé directement sur le rooftop : un pur moment de détente ! Customer Service At The Top
I stayed at this Riad for 3 days, and from the warm welcome to the heartfelt goodbye, the service was impeccable. In 50 years of travel, I’ve never experienced such a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere. The location near the centre of Medina was ideal, and the interior design was beautiful. My room was spotless and cleaned daily, the rooftop was stunning, and the breakfast on it was excellent. I also enjoyed a top-notch massage. Special thanks to Laurence, Said, Soufiane, Asnah, Fatimazahara, and Warda for making this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Laurence, Said, and the team were excellent hosts, from meeting us at the taxi drop off point, to organising a fabulous balloon trip without any hassle, making sure the early morning pick up arrived with the night manager coming with us to the pick up point to make sure we were collected. Also, Laurence went out of her way to help me when I was scammed by an elderly man who charged me more than double for a cactus silk bag! The breakfast was exceptional and delicious. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfy. They also help with a cats' charity, which is so nice to see. Thank you for an excellent stay. We hope to be back one day!

What a gem! We loved the decor and comfort of the riad! The dinner on our first night was outstanding, and all of the logistical help was greatly appreciated. Equally important is the fact that the staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. Staying here was the perfect choice!

We loved our stay here! The staff are all super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The Riad itself was beautiful and it was a joy to return to the peace and tranquillity there after a days exploring. The location was good too, being a 10 minute walk to the main square.

This is an abosolutel wonderful little place to stay. It’s close to the centre and all the sights you would want to visit. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about what is around you and how best to get there.The hotel is compact and the rooms are amazing full of traditional features. We ate here twice and the food was traditional, flavoursome and plenty of it as is the breakfast, you are certainly set up for a day in the city. There is no rush here, and there is a great roof terrace to sit and relax. Laurence runs this Riad with her heart and is very welcoming which makes it a pleasure to stay and hard to leave.
