Solid Weekend Stay
The hotel is in the historical Shell Building. I stayed Friday and Saturday night. The room was well appointed and clean. Check-in was quick and easy. There is a full service breakfast in the morning. The location is walking distance to the Enterprise Center where the St. Louis Blues play. The church and park across the street have a few homeless folks sleeping and wandering around. The hotel has security. Valet is $55 per night, but I was able to find metered street parking. I paid less than $10 on the street for my entire stay. I would stay here again.

Amazing staff, solid experience, will stay again!
What made this stay amazing was the 5-star staff at the hotel. They are a delight, every single person we interacted with was above and beyond kind, helpful, and just lovely, which means a lot to me these days. Negatives: I slept on the couch bed in my room, which came with a baffling assortment of sheets (4 pillowcases, 1 pillow, 2 fitted sheets), the shower took like 5 minutes to heat up every morning, but these are things that are fixable or that I can live with. Positives: the free breakfast was pretty decent, the staff (as mentioned), the room had solid amenities for a traveler who needs kitchen space (full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full set of plates, etc). This is a hotel that is really trying to offer an elevated experience, and is mostly getting there. And for the price, absolutely a great deal. Would stay here again for sure.

Se percibe como un hotel viejo o con bajo mantenimiento. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque la cama estaba rota; la persiana de la nueva habitación también. Fuimos para pasar la noche entre conexiones de transporte, así que cumplió su objetivo, aunque de forma únicamente funcional, nada extraordinario.

Hotel is very run down/questionable looking. Homeless outside on sleeping on the sidewalk and the room wasn’t the best. Bed was supposed to be queen size but was more full size. Mirror broke in the bathroom, fridge smelled awful, no hot water (evening or morning).

Beautiful hotel with a great location! The staff was so friendly and the view of our room was excellent. Very Spacious rooms with a curtain separating the bedroom and the pullout couch so if you wanted to save money, multiple people could stay in this room. There is a $100 refundable incidentals fee just so you’re aware

Unfortunately, nowhere in the Expedia listing was it mentioned that there is a $45 valet parking fee or that the hotel didn’t offer parking. All it says is 'Parking available,' and usually, this parking option is provided at no fee in hotels I’ve stayed at with IHG. The hotel is well located, but there is a lot of construction around, making it noisy and messy to get there. The hotel personnel were very polite and courteous, and the room cleanliness was A

A structure sticks out of the wall in 410 that keeps the lodger from walking around to his side of the bed. It's ridiculous.You can't really move the bed, but it shouldn't be there anyway. I wish I could attach a picture.

The bathroom was not clean. There was a glob of hair in toilet and you could tell the shower was not wiped down, there were a couple strands of hair on wall and a ring from a bottle on the shelf that I tried to wipe off to see if it was stained and it wiped right off

Nice hotel, nice price, nice breakfast.
In town for an overnight hockey trip. Hotel was very nice in a cool old building. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh, which was a nice plus since we just wanted to get on the road. We were advised on check-in to be cautious about street parking near the property due to some recent vehicle break-ins, but we had no issues. It was a short walk to Enterprise Center for the hockey game.
