LIC is a hip spot, calmer than Manhattan, easy transportation, loads of places to eat, get coffee, all budgets. Great street trees.

This place has parking which is unique. The neighborhood is funky - one of the few remaining around NYC - like Brooklyn only 30 years ago. Great Irish pub with excellent food a few blocks down. IATSE and Teamsers hang with lots of big studios around

Lived in NYC in the late 90's and 00's. It was not a place people talked about. Since coming back I seen some difference. More residential buildings. Looks like Manhattan is crossing the east river. The future is promising for LIC.

It has changed so much since my last visit in 2019. The area looks great with shops, residential spots and eateries open late.

"Great check in experience. Location is amazing.
Rooms were tired. Bathroom sink clogged. Toilet pipe pulling away from wall . Had to request new hairdryer as the one in the room only blew cold air. "
"Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and hotel was very comfortable. Included breakfast a welcome bonus for a New York hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."
