The hotel was easy to get in and out of if you are concerned about accessibility. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was always so nice and helpful. Food was not good and the drink quality was very inconsistent. One other disappointment was the advertised free bottle of prosecco that we never received.

Hotel was very well located for a night in New York and broadway play. Hotel was clean and accessible, not really geared to kids but my kids enjoyed it. I think the pool was open but was cold and resort fee was high for not many amenities overall a good hotel to stay at with excellent staff.

The room was clean. Small but tidy. Andrea, who worked at the Landshark, was very pleasant and gave us some great recommendations. The breakfast was mediocre, the lattes at the coffee shop were perfect. Great staff, good location.
