I will start with the pro’s… the location is awesome! Close to everything! Was able to check in early. The guy on reception was lovely, very chatty and able to make quite a few recommendations for places to eat! The con’s… the walls of the room were extremely thin so if u are a light sleeper like me, it isn’t great! The couple next door might as well have been in bed with me, I could hear that much! I could hear every conversation and every sneeze! The coffee machine was broken so it leaked all over the counter top when I made a coffee. The building itself is quite old and run down and could do with a refresh.

Chegamos em Sorrento e fomos super bem recepcionados. Ele iniciou a conversa falando sobre a cidade, pontos turísticos, dando indicações de restaurantes, passeios, alugueis e carro e moto. O apartamento tem uma localização ótima, fica a 8 minutos andando da marina, menos de 5 minutos da avenida principal de sorrento e virando a esquina tem vários restaurantes. O quarto é grande, a cama espaçosa e confortável, banheiro com box, secador de cabelo e de toalha, eles disponibilizam um frigobar com refri, água, e tem café e croissant, tudo de graça. Eles realizam a limpeza do quarto no dia seguinte, chegamos do passeio e estava tudo arrumadinho. Com certeza ficaria novamente e indicarei a Sorrento flowers.

Poor condition of the property, The main entrance, stair access and hallways were in substandard condition and lacked maintenance. The property did not reflect the level indicated in the website. Once we were checked in, apart from cleaning staff, we never saw the manager or any other staff in attendance for the duration of our 4 night stay.

We are a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay ìn Sorrento Flòwer rooms, Michele was very accomodating and very helpful. They maintained the cleanliness of the place which they have daiĺy cleaning. The place has vèry goo d AC. The area is quiet and nearby shops and restaurants and walkable to train and bus stations. Hope to stay there again. Well recommended place.

Super service but overpriced. The rooms is in an old appartement building with locals. The view of the balcony is on a parking… Sorrento overall is overcrowded, Try to stay in St Angelo instead.

My husband and I work at a 5 star hotel in Vegas, we were in Sorrento for a friend's wedding and this location was central to dining, shopping, access to ferry and train (15 minute walk). The staff was genuine friendly and recommended great resturants, helped with pharmacy and hospital,a minor medical issue (rash), and made sure we had a great time. HIGHLY recommend for other visitors. We had friends staying nearby in similiar type rooms and they had horror stories. Felt safe, very clean, and made our trip a great memory.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sorrento. This accommodation was lovely and clean, had all we needed..smart TV and Aircon was a bonus. Michel was a great host and helped with all our enquiries and even arranged for a clothes iron to be sent to our room. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!

Lovely little boutique hotel property right in the heart of sorrento. The room is modern, clean and every detail is thought of. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The free mini bar is a thoughtful touch when you arrive late in the day and don't have time to get out for supplies. Michele was a gracious and flexible host and we will definitely return

Michele was great and very helpful. My only complaint is we were notified a week before our arrival that they had some exterior work going on. From the looks of it, it had been going on for some time. By the time we were notified there were no other rooms available in Sorrento.

With all the places I have been in Italy, Michele made this stay super comfortable and relaxing. He supported us prior to check in, collecting us from the taxi and throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect. 5min walk from the city centre. They even provided us with great dinner recommendations which were absolutely 5star. Loved our time at Sorrento Flower Rooms.
