Standard japan hotel. There are 2 shopping malls nearby and a shopping acrade.
The walls in my room are thin and i can hear showering and some other unidentifiable sounds through the wall. Not sure if it's the same for other rooms.

I've always wanted to discuss this interesting observation. Due to business trips, I've tried booking through Japanese hotel websites and other platforms like Hotels.com, and after staying at this hotel multiple times, here's what I've noticed. I'm not sure if this is TOYOKO INN's policy「おもてなし」

駅から美観地区へ歩いて向かう途中にあり、周辺に飲食店がたくさんあります。連休中に泊まりましたが、人が多くたいへんにぎやかでした。ホテル内は値段相応に簡素ではありますが、キレイで快適でした。
